A perfect opportunity for you to work on technical and tactical skills in your game. Consistency is the key to success! We can use this time to also analyse your game through Slo-mo video and recording, allowing you to better understand what went wrong and what you are doing to improve it, whether it be technical or tactical! This approach can be useful to implement into your training and match play to help take your game to the next level.

Cardio Tennis Group Sessions
Get ready for an hour of exhilarating Cardio tennis. This is great for burning calories, building endurance and helping with stress relief. This session is designed for all ages and abilities to take part in and socialize! These exercises are based on a HIIT style training method, combining bursts of high energy activity with recovery periods in between. Upbeat music will be played throughout the session whilst you hit lots of balls & workout.

Family Cardio Tennis Sessions

These sessions are tailored to the Family's ability. These sessions are private and are designed for you to go at your own pace when taking part in Cardio tennis! Lots of new people coming into the group sessions are afraid that they won't be able to do physically or that they may not be able to keep up. Therefore family cardio sessions are a great option for you to build up confidence and to go at your pace with others along with you.
